The Terms of Trade agreement is a new tool that standardizes business practices and terms between broadcasters and producers. It applies to the entire life cycle of all independently produced shows commissioned by Astral, Bell Media (CTV),  Corus, Rogers and Shaw Media. All sections of the agreement came into effect on August 1st 2011.  Key components of the agreement will be presented and then DOC members will have the chance to ask questions.
